This poem is very interesting to me for a few reasons. It like that it makes me realize how stupid and pointless being in a gang is, and it is a very honest poem. It is a poem that tries to speak to a group of people, and tell them to stop what they are doing, that what they are doing has no meaning. He tells them not to die for something, but to live for something. That line was very deep for me, and it made me think about how we should make the best of our life, because it is ultimately very short compared to the life of the earth itself. I like the poems honesty, and what it is aiming to do.
